Q: What happens if I decide to register with Amo Education today?

Once you contact us via this page,email or telephone we will arrange an informal chat with you about your goals, needs and next steps. We will ask about the area you would like to work in, the age groups and the hours/days you would like to work.

If you are happy to continue with your registration we will ask you to fill in a registration form to provide us with your details and experience. We will ask for you to complete a DBS and provide us with ID and referees. Bank details will be obtained in order to pay you through PAYE.

DBS check will be completed along with ID checks and references sent.

Once all the checks are completed and your references are back then we will begin to search for ideal work assignments for you.

If you are likely to be in the classroom during the day and would like to be contacted at a particular time then please let us know in the message field in the registration form. We will always try to leave a voicemail or email if we have trouble reaching you, so don't worry.

Q: How big is Amo Education?

Amo Education work directly with schools in the UK. In addition, we are associated with some of the leading MATs in the country and have preferential access to over 80 schools in the UK that most other agencies do not have access to. Thanks to the strength of the relationships we have built with the schools that we supply we are confident we can find a role that is right for you.

Q: Do you offer remote learning and online teaching opportunities?

Unfortunately, Amo Education are not accepting applications for teaching remotely. All of our vacancies and supply teaching placements must take place on-site in a school setting. This means that you should only apply for vacancies that are within reasonable commuting distance.

Q: What happens if I really like the School I am placed in and want to stay?

We believe that if you find a school you love and want to progress your teaching career with then that is good for everyone. If you feel that the time has come for you to transition from supply to permanent placement then we will support you.

Q: What happens after I register?

If you complete the above form and click Submit then someone in our team will see your message and arrange contact with you within 1 working day. If you left instructions for us to call you at a particular time in the message field then we will try our best to do that.
